The sessions and transmissions I offer are intuitive, energetic, and consciousness-oriented in nature. No guarantees are given regarding specific outcomes, results, or changes. I cannot promise that results will come to you in the form you desire or expect.

Every experience is personal and depends on your own openness, willingness to reflect, integration, and inner process.

3. Personal Responsibility

Everything you receive during a session, transmission, or via the website is intended for inspiration, awareness, and inner recognition. You always remain responsible for how you handle the information and which choices you make in your life.

Trust your own intuition, discernment, and free will.

4. Confidentiality

Everything you share with me during individual sessions or group work is treated with complete confidentiality and respect. Personal information is not shared with third parties without your explicit permission.

5. Age Requirement

Services are intended for individuals 18 years and older. Minors require written parental consent.

6. Nature of the Work

Akashic work is not an oracle and not a system that predicts the future. The information, insights, or energy that come through are intended as guidance on a consciousness level, not as binding, predictive, or compelling advice.

Sometimes questions remain unanswered. That too can be part of the process.

7. Online Sessions

For online sessions, group sessions, or transmissions via Zoom or other platforms, a recording may be made — if agreed upon. If a recording does not succeed due to technical circumstances, no refund can be given for this. You pay for the session or transmission itself, not for the technology.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund, which can be applied toward a new session booking.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

9. Updates

Just like you, I continue to grow and this work continues to develop. The content of annah.org and this disclaimer may therefore be adjusted at any time. I advise you to reread this disclaimer regularly, especially when booking new sessions or participating in transmissions.

10. Resolution

I work from love, clarity, and respect. Should a difference of insight unexpectedly arise, we will look together for an appropriate solution, with respect for each person’s process and experience.
